Beth Iglecia

Beth Iglecia loves coaching, learning, doing yoga and much more. Along with her husband Alex and their company Third Energy, Beth practices yoga and holistic health coaching in her work to supports personal shifts towards wholeness. Beth and Alex were married on February 13, 2008 in Ubud, Bali and live in Boston, MA.

Who is Beth Iglecia?

Beth is a Holistic Health Counselor, co-founder of Holifit and yoga instructor who has been involved with health and fitness on many levels for most of her life. Beth suffered from ulcers, poor eating habits and many sicknesses at a young age, she has turned her own health around and now helps others do the same. She helps people focus on individual nutritional needs, life balance, emotional well being, conscious choices, environmental awareness as well as digestive issues, allergies, overall wellness, eating for optimum energy, stress reduction and weight management.

Beth attended the Institute for Integrated Nutrition in New York where she studied with leading wellness educators such as Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepok Chopra, Mehmet Oz, Barry Sears, Walter Willet, John Doulliard, Sally Fallon, Marc Hyman, and leaders of personal growth such as Debbie Ford and Geneen Roth. She has also finished an advanced accreditation in Integrative Nutrition and Health Counseling at the Teachers College at Columbia University. Beth is also pursuing accreditation from the American Association of Drugless Practictioners.

Beth is also a certified Yoga Instructor and focuses on aligning one’s body and posture, connecting one’s mind to body through breath, and creating balance in strength and flexibility. She is dedicated to helping men, women and children from all backgrounds find and cultivate a healthy and enriching lifestyle.

on Learning

Beth is currently pursuing a Masters in Conscious Evolution at The Graduate Institute, an interdisciplinary program dedicated to the development of a higher consciousness as the next step in human evolution, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University. She has studied with consciousness thought leaders such as Christian de Quincey, Peter Russell, Duane Elgin, Ervin Laslo, Allan Combs, Terry Mollner, and David Patten.
