Beth Iglecia loves coaching, learning, doing yoga and much more. Along with her husband Alex and their company Third Energy, Beth practices yoga and holistic health coaching in her work to supports personal shifts towards wholeness. Beth and Alex were married on February 13, 2008 in Ubud, Bali and live in Boston, MA.
Who is Beth Iglecia?
Beth has been involved with health and fitness on many levels for most of her life and is passionate about
the benefits of a mindful life, including yoga, health and nutrition. Beth suffered from ulcers, poor eating habits and many sicknesses at a young age, and has turned her own health around. She now helps others do the same - Beth helps people focus on developing and maintaining the lives of their dreams.

Yin Yoga is a complement to all practices of exercise. Yin focuses on the deep areas of connective tissue that are usually too difficult to get to by regular exercise. Yin is a method of passive stretch to increase body awareness, balance, calmness, energy and focus. At its most basic level, it is one of many tools that individuals can use to reduce stress and enhance creativity and inner clarity. In depth, Yin can access the deep dark areas of our body and mind, and thus offers opportunity for healing. Yin is exceptional for athletes, yogis, weekend warriors and rehab, and contributes greatly to wellbeing and quality of life.

Vinyasa Flow focuses on linking breath to movement, cultivating mindfulness and metaphor from pose to pose to develop strength, stability, and flexibility. Master the body’s limitations and progressing to new achievements in a safe and nourishing practice leads to enhanced confidence, reduced injury, and greater self-awareness. Improving awareness is one of the most powerful ways to unleash creativity and yoga is an exceptional method for becoming aware on many levels.

BodyLife coaching supports clients’ learning and practice of nutrition, life balance, emotional well being, conscious choices, environmental wellbeing as well as digestive issues, allergies, overall wellness, optimum energy, stress reduction and weight management. Classes and workshops are general and action-focused, and individualized support helps clients make the progress they desire.
